Transformational
Energetics

The technique
Basic course

The Basic course is great for:

  • people committed to personal development

  • those who want to have a taste of non-woo energy work

  • coaches who want a fast and effective way of removing blocks that limit their client's progress

  • people who love to learn about science and the way it explains everyday everyday experiences

There course is planned for 10+ weeks (exact length depends on the group's need for practice and will vary)

There are two classes each week, a lesson focused on the scientific background and a practice class where the technique is taught. To the extent possible the science lesson covers topics that support what is being taught in practice, so that students learn not only what to do but why the processes are designed the way they are. Practices consist of a short lesson on the technique followed by a demonstration and/or actual practice of the technique in breakout rooms. The course is assisted by experienced practitioners who help out in the breakout rooms.

Topics covered in lessons:

  • The psychology of belief

  • Beliefs and the brain

  • Brain waves

  • The physics of TE

  • Emotions

  • What positive thinking is really all about

  • Tips for a happy brain

  • Brain care

Topics covered in practice sessions:

  • Recognizing patterns in thoughts and behaviors

  • Applied kinesiology and its role in the process

  • The role of the conscious mind in the process

  • Strategies for the discovery conversation

  • Conducting a dialogue with the subconscious mind to identify hidden beliefs and program

  • Changing the beliefs that are uncovered and unwanted

  • The Master Protocol, a very versatile process that can be used for shifting beliefs and mindsets about every-day issues

  • Plenty of practice time so that students are "fluent" in the basics by the end of the course

I am an elementary school teacher and also

have a minor in psychology, so I just had to check TE out for

continuing education for renewing my teaching license. This course was

amazing for all that I could apply to helping out my students in using techniques to explore their beliefs and consciously change them to what they really wanted to believe. It was far more practical than any psychology courses I had taken in college. It has greatly helped me with my own self-care as a teacher. I have never experienced a more engaging long-term course than what Transformational Energetics offers. The graphics were fun and made the material much easier to relate to and remember. The science behind why it all works was amazing to learn. The "hands-on" practices were perfect for integrating the techniques into my everyday life. I found myself easily and successfully using it for myself, and even for my severely autistic son.

Advanced course

The advanced course can only be taken after the completion of the basic course.

In this course the work goes much deeper. A lot more practice time is included than in the Basic course for three reasons. First, while it is easy to learn the basics of TE, it does take time to learn the advanced protocols. Second, mastering the intricacies of dealing with complex and deep issues needs a lot o practice. Third, the practice sessions provide the opportunity for students to work a great deal on each other. This is relevant because the freer of their own limiting beliefs, programs and emotional baggage someone is, the better their work with others becomes.

The advanced course is planned for 6 months and includes three 1:1 sessions with me. The structure of the course is the same as the Basic course, two classes each week, a lesson focused on the scientific background and a practice class for the technique. In this course as well, the science lesson covers topics that support what is being taught in practice, to the extent possible. More so than in the basic course, practices include demonstrations and discussions on possible strategies for a specific session/issue. This course is also assisted by experienced practitioners who help out in the breakout rooms.

Topics covered in lessons:

  • The physiology of the stress response

  • The psychology of stress responses

  • Types of trauma responses

  • Neuroplasticity and recovery from trauma

  • Relationships

  • Attachment

  • The many faces of intuition

  • The relevance of the gut-brain-microbiota axis

Topics covered in practice sessions:

  • Possible blocks

  • Trauma protocol

  • Relationship protocol

  • Intuitive processes

  • Allergy protocol

This technique is easy to learn and I am fascinated

by the fact that it’s applicable to any area of your life.

Using it, I could finally release some entanglements (unknown to my logical

mind!) that prevented me from moving forward with my business the way I

wanted to. Ever since then I am making my desired progress with way more ease and better results.

The training did a great job connecting science to spirituality and vice versa which resonated deeply with me because I received the background information in addition to the experience. This is very important for me.

I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get a deeper understanding of what’s going on on all levels of the mind, who want to transform hindering beliefs and want to become conscious creators of their desired realities.”

How Transformational Energetics, the technique, came to be

Transformational Energetics has its roots in Theta Healing, but it has been modified, streamlined, simplified and codified through many iterations. I learned it as Awakening Dynamics, which was developed by Brent Phillips, a software engineer-turned-healer and his mentor, Terry O'Connell whose background was in business and finance, two people with strong logical minds and two feet on the ground.

I further developed the technique by adding and expanding protocols and dramatically changed how it is being taught. I incorporated concepts and explanations from psychology that make it clear why the processes are done as they are, and what their purpose is. The process also shifted emphasis from only digging up unwanted and limiting beliefs to also establishing new, desired belief systems that enable clients to build new thought patters and habits and ensure a deep transformation.
